When it comes to emotions, my main peeps used to be anxiety, guilt, anger and fear. We spent almost everyday together avoiding things like asking people for what I needed, desired or expected in my relationships. We zoned out, watched tv, drank and disconnected from the world to feel safe. We’d also blackout from fear when public speaking, going for interviews or performing…and endured daily stomach aches I couldn’t find a “cure” for…

I didn’t know how to access emotional freedom and feel safe being present in my body. I used to describe myself as emotionally chill while freezing in anxiety states when alone. It took years to even realize I was avoiding my feelings. I didn’t know how vibrant my life COULD be until I discovered what was on the other side of the knowledge I now teach to people of many ages and personalities, all around the world.

If you can relate, it’s “normal” to feel this way but it’s not required.

After working in the traditional mental health field as a trauma healer and earning my M.S. in Couple’s and Family Therapy, I wasn’t seeing the results I’d expect with such diligent and extensive study. I transformed my communication skills, ability to speak compassionate boundaries for healthier relationships and understanding of human psychology, but I still felt anxious and unable to be present in my body…as did the people around me.

Something major seemed to be missing from the mental health field 👀

In 2021 I received certification as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator in one of the most in-depth, nationally recognized breathwork programs available and it CHANGED MY RELATIONSHIP TO MY BODY FOREVER. I finally felt safe being seen, speaking my truth and feeling my feelings without avoiding them or getting overwhelmed. And the rest of the healing process suddenly fell into place.

I felt free and at home in myself for the first time in my life.

Because I don’t believe there is ONE technique that works for everyone, I developed an expansive approach to emotional healing that focuses on showing you how to access emotional wellness in your own way. Through The Emotional Freedom Method and Creative Coping Technique, we do just that.

I consider what I teach to be essential for all humans. We’re creating a legacy of cross-generational mental health and you’re invited!

Kaleidoscope is a global emotional wellness company.

We’re hear with the answers to your most pointed questions about how to live peacefully with your emotions. We have answers to the questions you wish you had when you were growing up because it would have made your life SO much easier. We believe collective healing can happen and it can happen FAST when people are given effective tools to work with their emotions, feel safe in their body and self-direct their healing process no matter what they experience. Even better, we can do it together, ending the stigma of silencing emotional suffering and normalizing instead emotional wellbeing, curiosity and lasting emotional freedom.

Imagine you bring a kaleidoscope up to your eye and look directly into the light. This small, intentional action gives you access to a world of infinite inner beauty and the ability to play with all that you perceive. How do you feel? In control? Yes. Surrendering to the results of each turn of the looking glass? Yes. Joy in the discovery of what comes from this surrender to the unknown and willingness to witness it?! I think thats a YES.

What is Kaleidoscope?

We teach a new kind of lifestyle: one where you work fluidly with your emotions and get creative with how you’d like to fully express yourself in this lifetime! We’re here for the growth, connection and really getting to know yourself as you heal emotional avoidance and swap that old news out for unshakable self-connection! This is a coaching platform and online community that focuses on teaching you how to use creative coping techniques to self-soothe, clear suppressed trauma, find your voice, set compassionate boundaries and thrive on all levels of emotional wellness.

Kaleidoscope focuses on self-paced, online education and experiences. We specialize in creating online courses, programs and group coaching experiences for emotional freedom, transformation and overall emotional health. What is Creative Coping ?

Creative coping is the practice of both regulating and processing your emotions in creative ways, doing anything that moves you towards greater self-connection. By removing the idea that there is a “right” intervention, you learn to trust what your emotions need and end dependence on emotional avoidance at a pace that’s right for you. It can include breathwork, movement, nature, art, signing, dancing, cooking, laughing, shaking it out and all forms of coping techniques that decrease emotional stress.

What should I do if I’m terrified of change?

We’ve all been there. It’s a super normal response to have in your body to feel like change isn’t safe. That’s because your body LOVES things that are habitual and predictable. So if you’re feeling a bit freaked out by newness, the first thing I want you to do is BREATHE. You can work directly with those feelings of being terrified by breathing as you begin to witness the needs of this emotion.
