Eliah's sessions are wonderful. She creates such a calm container where everything feels synchronistic. Like everything that happens is meant to happen and is happening for a reason. I'd highly recommend her sessions as I was able to settle into my body and gain clarity on what my authentic self desired and with Eliah's encouragement through our intention, to actually know what actions to take after the breathwork practice.
