STILL CURIOUS?

How is this different than other boundary courses?

I’ve taken the other boundary setting courses. Wasn’t a fan. They were all information-based but you can’t set boundaries if your body fears being seen, heard and self-empowered. This course teaches you exactly how to clear stuck emotions and to find safety in transparently expressing your needs, desires and expectations.

What if I’ve tried and don’t think boundaries work?

It’s time to approach boundary setting from the body-up rather than the mind-down. You can’t think your way out of an unconscious fear being held in your body. Boundaries ALWAYS support you when you’re able to embody them and experience safety expressing them. They’ll work for you too, you just need a different approach.

Embodiment sounds woo-woo. Is it?

I get it. Embodiment and breathwork were words that made my soul cringe not that long ago. The reason I’m teaching you through the embodiment lens now is that it’s scientifically backed. An embodied state of being just means you’re fully present, not living in the past and processing emotions all the way through to release.

Why breathwork and embodiment practices?

As a highly trained Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, I can tell you that breathwork is one of the fastest ways to re-pattern your nervous system and clear long-held, stuck emotions in your body. Behind these stuck emotions is the real you. Embodiment practices utilize the wisdom of the body to release your authentic voice!

How much of a time commitment is this?

3-5 hours of time depending on how deep you dive in the journaling exercises. The Embodied Boundaries Course is a super concentrated version of the much larger (10 part 🤓) video-based, Compassionate Boundary Setting Course. It’s designed to be a quick yet potent experience for people on the go but ready to learn.
