How is this different from other emotional intelligence courses?

We’re bringing the work of your emotions into your body and out of your mind. We’re not just talking about what your emotions mean, we’re giving you a specific, creative and adaptable process to feel your feelings without overwhelm and listen to their innate wisdom.

Are there live calls in this course?

This course consists of over 70 pre-recorded modules, deep dives and daily practices for truly integrating inner peace and lasting states of emotional freedom. The benefit of a pre-recorded course is that you can access the content 24/7 (even from your phone on the Kajabi app) and emotionally expand with us whenever you want.

Is this a one-size-fits-all method?

I teach a process called Creative Coping, because I believe there are INFINITE ways in which you can connect to your emotions and every person on earth has a different need+desire for what that looks like. You get to explore, play and experience new ways of expressing yourself. This course teaches you how to drive, you pick the route.

How long do I have access to this course?

Currently, this course is lifetime access and let me tell you why. You’re going to want to come back around to this course as you move further along in your journey, experiencing greater emotional depth and breadth. This course is designed to be a hub for connection and expansion for daily and seasonal support.

How much of a time commitment is this?

There are 4.5 hours of main module calls (about 1 hour a week) and then SO many more videos to explore on your own time. We suggest people choose to go through the course in 4 weeks or 8 weeks, scheduling in 2 hours per week for course content and additional time for practice and reflection as it suits their journey.
