Curious to hear my story?
I had no idea my everyday baseline was a state of anxiety. I felt so much pressure to get things right the first time around, to be kind without upsetting people, and to put everyone else’s needs before my own. The thing was, the pressure was created WITHIN. For me, releasing anxiety was a journey that involved a reliable process to fall back on that helped me understand WHY this emotion was bubbling up.
It was a process of really, truly learning how to listen to the language of my body and realize that anxiety ALWAYS shows me where I’m out of alignment with my authentic needs, desires and expectations. It’s a clear indicator for me to take action BACK into connection with myself. There were many fears or failure or being seen as a terrible person under the anxious feelings I held onto for so long, and if that’s you, I’m here to help you know, on a cellular level, that those fears are invitations to love yourself more deeply!
Anxiety rarely pops up for me these days but when it does,

How is this different than other anxiety courses?
This course integrates wisdom from both the traditional therapy and trauma-healing field AND the body-led, somatic healing professions. The goal is to help you guide your structured mind and thoughts in working effectively with the physical sensations of anxiety, while simultaneously supporting your body in feeling safe enough to let this emotion move.
Why is this an audio course and not a video course?
The last thing we need when anxiety is escalated in our body is more screen time. This course is designed to be integrated into other activities like walking, coloring, painting, gardening etc. You are HIGHLY encouraged to take inspired action that brings you more peace and more joy while listening to this course! It’ll make the lessons and results x10 more powerful.
What practical tools and skills does it include?
You’ll be gaining insight into WHY anxiety shows up for you and exactly how it’s there to support you in GREATER self-connection, not less. You’ll go through journaling prompts, learn a process to disrupt disconnection, use breathwork and meditations to build physical + emotional safety and so much more!
Why breathwork and embodiment practices?
As a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator and former therapist, I can tell you that breathwork is one of the fastest ways to re-pattern your nervous system and clear long-held, stuck emotions in your body. Embodiment practices utilize the wisdom of your body to release your authentic voice!

How much of a time commitment is this?
3-5 hours of time depending on how deep you dive in the journaling exercises. The Annihilate Anxiety Course is designed to be a quick yet potent experience for people who are ready to learn and desire small, actionable steps that can make a powerful difference longterm.
