I was always looking for ways to feel good in my relationships, but I didn’t realize I first needed to learn how to feel good in my own body.
For years, I didn’t notice how much anxiety, guilt, and grief I was holding inside. I had pushed my emotions down, hiding them in my stomach, which explained the stomachaches I had all my life. I was locking away my feelings without realizing it.
I earned a master’s degree in Couple’s and Family Therapy, focusing on healing trauma. While I learned to talk about feelings, I was still stuck in anxiety. It wasn’t until I explored body-based healing that I learned how to release my emotions and feel at peace in both my body and my relationships.
Now, I feel more like myself than ever, fully expressed and at peace.
